The night clerk helped us check in after my flight was delayed, which was very helpful. The AC didn't turn on, but the window opened and it was a cool night so it didn't ruin my sleep at all. The room was very clean and had a nice TV on the wall.
Location was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Parking was $10 for the weekend, nothing fancy, but nothing really to complain about. Except the elevator. Which is not a deal breaker lol, I get it, things are expensive, but it is soo slow. Which wouldn't be a huge deal, except it’s so tiny, and maybe fits 4 people with no luggage, that if people are already loaded in you could be waiting for it to go to 7 floors lol. So just a heads up to future guests.
The place was great at first. I extended my stay and after checkout noticed extra charges that were no right. This place is very good, my only issue was the unnecessary charge that no one wants to explain or have yet to be resolved. My only complaint, honestly, would be the extra charges on my extended stay bill. Other than that, I would have to say my family and I were safe and comfortable. If you stay here just watch carefully the bill and any unnecessary billing. That was and is my only issue with this hotel
We've had a positive experience during our stay. Super close to a BART station, so it was easy to get across to SF. Breakfast was fine (could use a warm vegetarian option) and the front desk staff was friendly/helpful. The room was clean and stocked with fridge, microwave, and expected toiletries... room has a strange configuration, which left little room to maneuver, but we managed (bigger folks might struggle). Couple other little quirks with the room, but clean and functioning are the most important details, so it's all good. Thanks!
i go there most of the time. near Bart, nice staff and i have my quiet when I need it. breakfast was bad for me at least. too much sugar , gym is not a real gym only 3 machines but other than that all good. will sure book it again
Parking was easy, breakfast was perfect. Room was a little bit tiny.
Location was perfect for me close to everything very walkable area. The staff was solid professional hard-working helpful. The room was very clean spacious enough for me, good for a couple. The breakfast was solid there was a variety can't complain it was free and fresh. Very attractive worthwhile stay for the price! U can't beat it! Would recommend & I would stay there again.
Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. Area is a little sketchy but not much you can do about that. I did like that they lock the front doors at 8pm and you can only get in with a room key, definitely made us feel a little safer.
